Dear Parents:
By request from the NM Legislature, we are conducting a survey of parents to learn your opinions about requiring health education as a graduation requirement from NM high schools. We would appreciate your taking about 5 minutes to complete a confidential survey. It is in Survey Monkey and you can access the survey electronically by clicking on the following link:

Please complete the survey no later than Oct. 12 so the New Mexico Department of Health can compile the information for a report to the Legislature.
