All of us that live on county roads are well aware that our roads are less than desirable. Torrance County has a very limited pool of money to repair and improve our roads so it is very important to help identify the worst roads in the county. Now is your chance to sound off and be heard regarding your road or roads you travel within the county.
District 3 Commissioner Chavez is touring the county roads now and I have volunteered to help her with a list of problem roads to review. I have volunteered to drive her around our roads so that she can see where the problems are so if possible, please send roads you think need to be reviewed either to myself or Commissioner Chavez at:
I would like to at least have a primary review list in place by June 30, 2009 if possible and please, share this with any one that you think would be interested.
